Pay per meeting lead generation: you pay when the meeting happens.
AI agents find, contact and qualify the accounts that fit your profile. You are charged for a lead your team accepts and for a meeting that actually takes place — not for messages sent, not for no-shows.
Pay per meeting lead generation is a pricing model in which a B2B lead generation agency is paid for results, not effort: here, a qualified lead your team accepts and a sales meeting that actually takes place. Messages sent, list size and booked slots nobody attends are not billed.
Most performance programmes stumble on one question: what counts. We answer it in writing before any outreach starts. A lead is a qualified person from a company inside your profile who has agreed to talk; you accept or appeal each one in the client panel, and appealed leads are not charged. A meeting is charged when it takes place, not when it is booked.
Behind the price sits the whole route — profile, account research, outreach on LinkedIn and email, reply qualification and booking — run by AI agents, with people holding the quality bar.
What you pay for — and what you don’t
- An accepted lead. A qualified person from a company inside your profile who agreed to talk. You accept or appeal each one in the client panel; appealed leads are not charged.
- A meeting that happens. Charged when the meeting actually takes place, not when it is booked. A no-show is our problem to solve, not your invoice.
- Not the activity. Messages, list size and empty calendar slots are not billed. There is no platform fee and no per-seat licence: the client panel comes with the service.
- A pilot to start. A fixed budget covers the briefing, the profile, the account base, the messaging tests and the first live campaign. Accepted leads and held meetings are drawn from it, and the pilot ends when it is used or when you have seen enough to decide.
- 01 — A call: market, segment, volume and what a good lead means for you
- 02 — A written definition of an accepted lead and a held meeting
- 03 — Pilot: profile, account base and messaging tests
- 04 — Live outreach on LinkedIn and email
- 05 — Leads arrive in the panel — you accept or appeal each one
- 06 — Meetings booked with a brief and charged only when held
- 07 — A quote for the following months, based on what the pilot showed

Pay Per Meeting Lead Generation: the questions we get
What is pay per meeting lead generation?
A model in which the lead generation partner is paid for results instead of effort. With U [in] AI that means two things: a qualified lead your team accepts, and a sales meeting that actually takes place. Outreach volume, lists and booked slots that nobody attends are not billed.
How is it different from pay per lead?
Classic pay per lead charges for a contact or a form fill, whether or not it is useful. Here a lead is counted only when a qualified person from your profile has agreed to talk and you have accepted them in the panel. The meeting is a separate unit, charged only when it happens.
What counts as a qualified meeting?
One that takes place with a person who matches the profile and the qualification bar agreed in writing before the campaign starts. A meeting that is booked but missed is not charged. If a lead is not good, you appeal it in the panel and it is not charged either.
Is there a retainer or a setup fee?
Lead generation is never sold as a retainer or per seat. A project starts with a pilot: a fixed budget that covers setup, profile work, messaging and the first campaign, from which accepted leads and held meetings are drawn. A monthly retainer exists only for continuous work such as the AI SMM Agent.
How much does pay per meeting lead generation cost?
We do not publish a price list, because the number depends on the market, the segment and the volume you need. After a 30-minute call you get a written quote with the price per accepted lead and per held meeting, and the size of the pilot.
Who is this model right for?
B2B companies that know who their buyer is, sell something worth a sales conversation and have someone to take the calls. If the profile is still unclear, the pilot starts by defining it from your won deals before any volume goes out.
Can we stop after the pilot?
Yes. The pilot ends when its budget is used or when you have seen enough to decide. If you continue, the quote for the following months is written from what the pilot showed: volume, segments worth running and how much of the process stays on our side.
