Cookie Policy
LAST UPDATED 12 OCTOBER 2026
1. Introduction
This Cookie Policy (“Policy”) explains how u-in.ai (“Website”, “we”, “our”, “us”), operated by U-in.Marketing (NIP 1133093024), uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit our website.
We respect your privacy and comply with international data protection laws, including the GDPR (EU), CCPA (US), LGPD (Brazil) and other applicable regulations.
You can manage or withdraw your consent at any time — through the controls on this page or through your browser preferences.
2. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device (computer, smartphone, tablet) when you visit a
website. They help websites recognise your device, remember your preferences and improve your
experience. Similar technologies — such as localStorage — store data in your browser in the
same way, and this Policy covers them too.
3. Legal basis
- Strictly necessary storage is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing a functional, secure website.
- Analytical, functional and marketing cookies are used only with your explicit consent, which you can give, manage or withdraw at any time.
4. What this website actually stores
This is a static marketing site. It has no login and no advertising or social trackers, and its one enquiry form (under journal articles) sets no cookies. Everything it can store is listed below.
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
uin-consent (localStorage) | Strictly necessary | Remembers your cookie choice so we do not ask again and so consent mode can replay it | Until you clear this site’s data |
_ga | Analytical (Google Analytics 4) | Distinguishes visitors | 2 years — set only after you accept |
_ga_G-51JNX9F8V7 | Analytical (Google Analytics 4) | Keeps the session state for the property | 2 years — set only after you accept |
We do not use marketing or advertising cookies on this website: no Meta Pixel, no Google Ads tags, no LinkedIn Insight Tag. Advertising and personalised-ads storage stay denied at all times.
5. Consent mode
Analytics runs under Google consent mode v2. Before you make a choice, every storage
type is set to denied: no cookies are written, ad data is redacted
(ads_data_redaction), and Google receives only cookieless pings. Accepting on the banner
sends an update that lifts analytics, functionality and personalisation storage; advertising
storage stays denied.
6. Third-party cookies
Analytics cookies are set by Google. We do not control them directly — see the Google Privacy Policy. Fonts are served from this site itself, so loading a page sends nothing to a font provider. If you open our scheduling link, Calendly applies its own cookies on its own domain under its own policy.
7. Managing cookies and withdrawing consent
Use the controls below, or your browser settings, at any time:
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser, use Google’s opt-out add-on, or industry tools such as Your Online Choices. Clearing this site’s data resets your choice to the default (denied). Disabling storage does not break this website.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, under the GDPR, CCPA, LGPD and other privacy laws you may request access to the personal data collected via cookies, request its deletion, withdraw consent at any time, and opt out of the sale or sharing of your data (US residents). To exercise these rights, write to hello@u-in.ai. Full detail is in our Privacy policy.
9. Updates to this Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in technology, legislation or our data practices. The revised version is always posted on this page with the updated date.
