Lead scoring
Ranking leads by how well they fit and how ready they are, so the sales team works the top of the list.
Lead scoring assigns a value to each lead from two kinds of signal: fit (how closely the company matches the ICP) and intent (what the person has actually done — replied, asked about price, opened a proposal, visited the pricing page).
Scoring does not create demand. It orders existing demand, which matters when a small team cannot work every name in the list on the same day.
A score is only as good as its feedback loop. Without marking which scored leads became meetings and which became deals, the model drifts and the numbers become decoration.
How we use it
Leads arrive in the client panel with a score, and the client accepts or appeals each one — those decisions are the feedback that keeps the scoring honest.
