The 30-day funnel: how a five-person team grew pipeline by 75%
A five-person sales team, a list nobody had time to work, and thirty days. What the system did, what the people kept, and the numbers at the end of it.
01 — The ask
Find more qualified conversations without adding headcount. The team was not short of a market; it was short of the hours needed to research it.
02 — What we built
The profile came first: which companies had actually closed, what they had in common, and which signals said the need was live now. Then the agents — list building, enrichment, first touch, reply qualification — and the panel where every lead is accepted or appealed.
03 — What changed
Pipeline grew by about three quarters in the first month and manual prospecting dropped by roughly two thirds — same five people, same market, different allocation of their attention.
04 — What we would change
We would spend the first week narrower. Two of the four segments we tested were never going to answer, and we knew enough on day three to stop them.

Why most AI pilots in marketing never reach production
Pilots are built to impress a steering committee, not to survive a Monday. What the fifth that ship do differently.
Three agents, one lead flow: the math behind −62%
We rebuilt qualification for an agri-tech distributor. Every number, every hand-off, every mistake on the way.
