# Three agents, one lead flow: the math behind −62%

We rebuilt qualification for an agri-tech distributor. Every number, every hand-off, every mistake on the way.

- INDUSTRY: Agri-tech distribution

- MARKET: South America

- TEAM: Five-person sales team

- TIMELINE: 30 days to first qualified flow

## 01 — What we started with

Two people spent most of the week on research: building lists, checking whether a company was worth
a call, writing the first message. The pipeline grew exactly as fast as those two could type.

## 02 — What we built

Three narrow agents, each with one job and one place to fail visibly: one builds and enriches the
account list, one writes the first touch against what the research found, one reads the replies and
sorts them against the qualification bar the client set.

Nothing about this is clever. The work was deciding what “qualified” meant precisely enough that a
machine could apply it, and then letting the sales team appeal every decision it got wrong.

## 03 — What it produced

Manual prospecting time fell by roughly two thirds with the same five people. The part that
mattered was not the volume; it was that the team stopped spending its best hours on research
nobody remembers doing.

−62% Time spent on manual prospecting
